I sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are well. During these uncertain times, we are all feeling more uneasy, stressed and isolated. As we do our best to settle into this new normal, it’s important we find ways to calm and quiet our minds and create ways to move into our most natural state of wellbeing.

I invite you to be a part of The Beautiful World Within Yoga Nidra community via Zoom. Through our guided meditation sessions, we will gather together and experience a series of body breath and awareness techniques that calm the mind and restore the nervous system into balance.
