Yoga Therapy

Release stress, anxiety  and tensions from the body while journeying into a beautiful 75-minute presence centered experience of Yoga Therapy using mind/body movements of gentle Hatha Yoga postures, Thai Massage and Yoga Nidra. You will be lead into a deep state of relaxation by releasing stress, unresolved emotions, anxiety and tensions from their root causes. Your overall physical and emotional, and spiritual well being will thank you for the experience.
