In a safe and nurturing space, you’ll begin your immersion by setting a heart-centered intention to help you to have a greater understanding of what you truly want to experience from life. Your intention will allow you to compassionately move through the stuck and unhealed places in your body and mind. You’ll meet the lost parts of yourself, see through you’re limiting beliefs, and let go of old patterns that no longer serve you. You’ll gain the clarity and understanding you need to live your life from your deepest authentic expression.
Depending on the amount of time chosen for your immersion, you’ll journey through this courageous process experiencing some or all 4 of these healing practices: Somatic Experiencing, Journaling, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. The intention of these modalities is to see through and heal your deepest wounds while pointing you to the inner beauty that already dwells within your heart.
