For centuries people have journaled because of the extraordinary transformative powers it offers. I have journaled for years and have healed personal grief and transformed my life for the better. I am a certified instructor of Journal to the Self workshop, through The Center for Journal Therapy. The Journal to the Self® workshop is a 12-hour course on how to keep a journal for personal growth and healing. This workshop was created in 1985 by Kathleen Adams LPC, PTR, Director of the Center for Journal Therapy, Inc., an internationally known pioneer and expert in the power of writing to heal. I continue to successfully use journaling in my own life, with clients, and in group settings. Through journaling you can learn how to:
